1. Orientation Session (30 minutes)
A first working space to frame your situation, clarify what is at stake, and see whether coaching is the right space.
→ Ideal for Clarifying whether coaching is relevant and naming what is really at stake.

2. Strategic Session (75 minutes)
A deep, focused session to work through one concrete situation, question or decision.
→ Ideal for Making a clear decision, preparing a transition, or reframing a blocked situation.

3. Transition Cycle
A longer accompaniment for situations involving significant transition, repositioning or growth.
Designed together after an Orientation or Strategic Session.
Format 5 to 8 sessions of 90 minutes over 3 to 5 months
